I demand that you tell me more about these Irish Car Bomb cupcakes!!
Well since you demand sir, I suppose I must oblige! I promise I will be posting more on these because they were terribly fantastic but needed some tweaking so I definitely want to perfect them…but the basics are: Guinness chocolate cake filled with a Jameson spiked ganache and topped with Baily’s buttercream frosting. Yeah. Boozy cupcakes. How freaking awesome is that?
